Membership «Patrons & Friends»

Become a patron, become a supporter of the Ballet School Theater Basel. With your participation in the BTB Patrons & Friends program, you directly support the future generation of professional dancers. The BTB relies on private contributions, donations and grants. Your contribution goes directly to funding the education of students. Your donation finances the residencies of renowned guest lecturers. With your financial contribution you cover the costs for costumes, teaching materials and living expenses of the young dancers.

You also have the opportunity to pay a scholarship of CHF 20,000 per year to an outstanding student. Or you can become an official partner of a production of the Ballet School Theater Basel. Every year, the students of the BTB show their skills in productions that enjoy great popularity with the Basel audience.

Be it through a one-time donation or an annual contribution, as a private individual or as a company: You become part of the radiance of the city of Basel as the cultural capital of Switzerland and accompany young talented people on their way to the top.

All members of the program receive an exclusive invitation to the “Patrons & Friends” event once a year, which offers a look behind the scenes of the Ballettschule Theater Basel and provides background information about our work.
